Blogmas Day 14 : Prepping For Flu Season

With COVID looming overhead, regular old flu season may not seem important. Well, don’t be fooled, the ongoing pandemic is all the more reason why prepping for cold and flu season should be at the forefront of our minds. I hate getting sick and the last thing I want to do is expose my kids to illness. So, in preparation for the season, I’m listing ten things that our family is doing to help build our immune system. Nothing is a guarantee, and we can still get sick but I'm hoping to minimize the risk of contracting by doing/taking these 10 items.

10 things we’re doing/taking to prep for flu season

  1. Airborne

  2. Zinc

  3. Elderberry

  4. Citrus Ginger Tea

  5. Raw Honey

  6. Sanitizing

  7. Dr. Sebi Bromide

  8. Multivitamin

  9. Water

Most of the above products are readily available in most grocery stores. The citrus ginger tea that we like is sold at Costco. The only other special item is Dr. Sebi’s Bromide, which can be purchased at It contains Bladderwrack and Sea Moss and is used to cure respiratory illnesses.
