Blogmas Day 13 : Gift Basket Galore

Gift baskets are a perfect expression of appreciation and love during the holidays. With so much going on in the world, who wouldn’t like to be the recipient of an array of thoughtful items, packaged specially for the season. I love gift baskets of all kind and even more than receiving, I love to make them. When trying to decide what to gift my husband’s co-workers, my wheels began to turn on what I could concoct for the perfect symbol of holiday cheer. While I would’ve loved to make homemade treats, I felt that with COVID being very real and out of respect and caution, this year was probably not the best year for that. So, after careful consideration I came up with a basket full of all the things that make the holidays a warm and fuzzy time of year.

Items enclosed:

Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate (W)

Folgers French Vanilla Cappuccino Mix (W)

Pirouline Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies (DT)

Candy Cane spoons (DT)

Marshmallows (DT)

Little Debbie Gingerbread (DG)

Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (DG)

Andes Peppermint Crunch Candy (DG)

Hershey’s Hot Cocoa Kisses (DG)

Assembly items:

Silver Bowl (DT)

Tissue paper (DT)

Holiday Paper Filler (DT)

Cellophane Gift Basket Wrap (DT)

Red Glitter Bow (DT)

* Origin of purchase key

(W) = Walmart ; (DT) = Dollar Tree ; (DG) = Dollar General

It was so much fun putting this basket together. Above I have listed where I purchased the items used however, each of the items are readily available in a variety of stores. I completed the basket by adding in our family Christmas card. I couldn’t be happier with the result and I hope the recipient of this goodie basket enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it!
